About the site, its creator, and why you can trust us
EnglishLesson.Info™ is a redesign of my old site, EnglishNowTV.com™. The concept came from my many years of teaching English as a second language in private, school, and corporate settings.
Hi, I'm Bernie O'Mahony, the founder and creator of EnglishLesson.Info™. I moved to Japan in 1999 and have spent many years teaching English in various schools and locations. Over time, I noticed a problem: some English schools stretched lessons out for weeks or months when students needed clear, practical materials that helped them move forward faster.
Not wanting to be part of that, I created materials students can use alone and teachers can print and use easily in the classroom. The aim is simple: provide quality content and help students continue studying because they want to, not because they feel trapped.
